EL CIPAC DEFINIÓ UNA NUEVA LISTA DE PRECIOS SUGERIDOS PARA PRODUCTOS PANIFICADOS

Como sabrán, en el día de ayer se llevó a cabo en el CIPAC (sede Córdoba Capital), una reunión abierta con el objetivo de abordar las diferentes problemáticas que afectan notablemente al sector, como resultado de la misma, el Centro Industriales Panaderos y Afines Córdoba, definió una nueva lista de precios sugeridos para productos panificados, la misma está impulsada  principalmente por el constante incremento en el precio del trigo que se traslada de manera directa al costo de la harina entre otros insumos.

Marcelo Caula, Tesorero de la Honorable Comisión Directiva, días atrás, en declaraciones a los medios dijo que la listas de precios que llegan desde los molinos, cambian permanentemente y manifestó su preocupación como la de la industria panadera, por el freno en las ventas.

Debido al aumento desmedido del trigo, más de un 130 por ciento en lo que va del año, el precio en la bolsa de harina de 50 kilos pasó de 270 pesos en enero a 630 pesos en la actualidad.

Desde el CIPAC hemos enviado una carta a la Secretaria de Comercio de la Nación para evaluar la posibilidad de una intervención en el precio del Trigo que impacta de manera directa a la harina.

A continuación compartimos con ustedes las declaraciones de Luis Rodríguez Presidente de CIPAC a Teleocho Noticias, presente en la reunión del día de ayer junto con los miembros de la Honorable Comisión Directiva y empresarios del sector.
