El Centro de Industriales Panaderos y Afines de la Provincia de Córdoba, a través de su Secretario General de Comisión Directiva, Rinaldo Rusconi, manifiesta en esta nota realizada por Canal Doce, el alto grado de preocupación por la industria panadera, no solo por el aumento sostenido en las tarifas, sino también en los principales insumos para la elaboración de panificados, como por ejemplo la harinas, grasas-margarinas etc.

En la entrevista, Rinaldo Rusconi hace referencia también a los trabajos que el CIPAC está realizando conjuntamente con el Gobierno Municipal y Provincial ya que por un lado debe cuidar a aquellas panaderías que están registradas y pagan sus impuestos y por otro disminuir la clandestinidad que afecta a todo el sector  industrial panadero, la marginalidad en la actualidad llega a un promedio del 45% en toda la Provincia de Córdoba.
