El grupo de cámaras empresariales C20 del que CIPAC forma parte «emitió un duro comunicado contra el pago de la bonificación anual por eficiencia (BAE) en la Empresa Provincial de Energía de Córdoba (Epec)», según indica La Voz del Interior.
La BAE es un premio que perciben empleados y directivos de EPEC que supone hasta el equivalente al 260 por ciento del sueldo de diciembre último para los empleados con más de 10 años de antigüedad, y un mínimo del 100 por ciento extra para los que tienen menos de cinco años en la empresa.
Ese polémico premio está previsto en el convenio colectivo de Luz y uerza desde 1975 y el pago correspondiente al ejercicio 2017 demandará cerca de 400 millones de pesos a EPEC.
El comunicado
La C2O, nobel asociación de cámaras y entidades de la provincia de Córdoba, que representa fundamentalmente a las pequeñas y medianas empresas, emite el presente comunicado ante una muestra más de la profunda crisis ética y moral que afecta a nuestra sociedad y en especial a muchas instituciones públicas y privadas, en este caso de Córdoba.
Somos plenamente conscientes de que ningún sector podrá realizarse cuando tamaña crisis afecta a la sociedad que integra, a no ser que haya abandonado el sentido de pertenencia a la misma sociedad que le da la razón a su existencia y permanencia.
En este caso, hacemos referencia a las consecuencias que de alguna manera, los PREMIOS (BAE) que perciben empleados y directivos de Epec, se convierten en CASTIGOS para los millones de usuarios que dependemos de sus servicios, por la incidencia que sobre las tarifas contempla el pago de sobre-sueldos, descontroles administrativos, de funcionamiento, mantenimiento y otros desajustes.
Por lo tanto entendemos que como toda empresa que logra una mayor EFICIENCIA, esta debería trasuntarse en lograr mejorar su performance, disminuir costos y servir a la sociedad con el esmero y la calidad lograda.
La responsabilidad de los que conducen la Epec, estratégica en el desarrollo de la Provincia, es la de un servidor público, que no puede claudicar ante la falta de controles, el ajuste de las pautas de trabajo a la realidad actual, los gastos injustificados, todo facilitado al disponer dispendiosamente de la demanda cautiva del servicio prestado.
Nuestra Asociación ha venido planteando la necesidad impostergable de disminuir la carga tributaria y de servicios que pesan sobre la producción, el comercio de Córdoba y la población en general, tanto sean de origen nacional, provincial o municipal que inciden directamente en el costo de lo que producimos y que se traduce en una falta de competitividad, perdiendo mercados y la posibilidad de generar nuevos puestos de trabajo.
Por todo ello nos hacemos eco de los que plantean la necesidad de realizar un cambio profundo no solo en lo material sino sobre todo en lo ético y moral de los que conducimos o administramos las instituciones, sean estas públicas o privadas, empresarias o laborales, y ponemos nuestro accionar en trabajar para lograr constituirnos como una sociedad organizada, unida e integrada con justicia y equidad.
