Un éxito total el Curso de Técnicas de Elaboración de Panes Especiales y Facturería en Río Cuarto

Tuvo lugar el pasado miércoles 16 de agosto en la ciudad de Río Cuarto el Curso de Técnicas de Elaboración de Panes Especiales y Facturería a cargo de los técnicos Alejandro Domínguez (CALSA), Alejandro Alcaraz (CALSA) y Matías Buttner (JAMBO).

Durante la capacitación, en la que estuvieron presentes por CIPAC Marcelo Caula y Bruno Prizzon (Delegado Río Cuarto), se abordaron temas vinculados al hojaldre, especialmente los tipos holandés, francés y revuelto, como así también de su cocción.

Los más de 50 presentes entre propietarios y empleados de la industria panadera disfrutaron de una clase magistral. La Escuela de Panadería de CIPAC Río Cuarto fue el lugar del encuentro, al que se acercaron desde la misma ciudad de Río Cuarto, Sampacho, Adelia María y Villa Mercedes (San Luis) entre otras localidades.
