2do Encuentro Nacional Gastaldi en General Deheza, Córdoba

Bajo el lema «Dinámica, práctica y conocimiento» el próximo 5 y 6 de Septiembre tendrá lugar el 2do Encuentro Nacional Gastaldi, en la localidad de General Deheza (Córdoba). La entrada es libre y gratuita.

Los organizadores prometen dos jornadas de trabajo, aprendizaje y networking enriquecedores en los que se abordarán nuevas técnicas de trabajo, con demostraciones activas y la presencia de importantes oradores que disertarán sobre:

  • Mayor calidad, mayor beneficio. Por Martín Rodriguez, Gerente de Desarrollo de Gastaldi Hnos
  • Defensa de la artesanalidad. La importancia de la panadería artesanal. Por Evangelina Cardona, Jefe de Escuela de Panadería CALSA SA.
  • El uso de tecnología para bajar los costos. Por Juan Carlos Colombo, Asesor de Dirección de Argental SA.
  • Comunicación: harinas vs gluten. Por Juanjo Vargas, Comunicador Social.
  • Desnutrición: el mal oculto. Por Abel Albino, Médico Pediatra especialista en desnutrición.
  • Los molinos de la República Argentina. Por Diego Cifarelli, Presidente de Federación Argentina de la Industria Molinera (FAIM) y Asociación Latinoamericana de la Industria Molinera (ALIM).
  • El desarrollo de la empresa familiar a través del tiempo. Por Guillermo Perkins, Doctor en Economía y Dirección de Empresas.
