En el marco de las negociaciones paritarias que tienen lugar en Río Cuarto, informamos que desde CIPAC aún no hemos llegado a un acuerdo (con una propuesta superior al de otos sectores) con el Sindicato, sin embargo, las diferencias no son significativas.
En una conferencia de prensa que tuvo lugar el día jueves pasado Bruno Prizzón, representante de CIPAC en Río Cuarto y el Tesorero Marcelo Caula indicaron que la diferencia radica en la forma en la que se distribuye el aumento: desde Sindicato pretenden que el incremento vaya al básico, mientras que desde el Centro buscamos que el mismo sea no remunerativo para que un mayor volumen de dinero llegue directamente al bolsillo del trabajador.
En este contexto continuarán las negociaciones pensando en un acuerdo que se ajuste a las necesidades del trabajador panadero pero también a la realidad de la industria, muy presionada a nivel tributario y tarifario.
