El pasado 9 de junio mantuvimos una reunión con el Ministro de Trabajo de la Provincia Omar Sereno, con el objetivo de desarrollar una serie de medidas conjuntas para potenciar los controles y evitar la clandestinidad en la industria.
De la misma participaron Luis Rodríguez y Rinaldo Rusconi, Presidente y Secretario de CIPAC respectivamente, el Tesorero Marcelo Caula, el Titular de la Comisión Revisora de Cuentas Marcelo Biondi y el Dr. Carlos Domínguez abogado de CIPAC, además del ya citado titular de la cartera de Trabajo y dos de sus principales asesores letrados. Fueron invitados miembros del Sindicato de Panaderos de Córdoba, pero no participaron de la reunión.
Lograr una “industria sana” es el objetivo de la acción que emprenden las entidades y que, para ello, forman una valiosa alianza que vincula los ámbitos de decisión más importantes del sector.

Me parece perfecto q se controle . Pero el salario es. Más bajo de todos los rubros piensan hacer algo con eso nose puede vivir si para no ser pobre tenés q estar arriba de los 13 mil pesos para llegar a una canasta básica los panaderos cobramos 10 mil pesos como hacemos los q tenemos familias .

Buscamos durante el proceso de paritarias encontrar una propuesta salarial que se ajuste a las necesidades del trabajador pero también a la realidad de la industria, muy presionada a nivel tributario y tarifario.
